Quiksilver and DC Cut Down Teams, Staff & Brands

According to TWS Business Quiksilver is making large cuts throughout their entire company structure, concerning athlete teams, working staff and entire brands. Pretty surprising news when considering that they’ve had on this year’s ISPO trade show in Munich the biggest stand of all and also (concerning snowboarding) were about building up a stronger team with new huge urban freestyle heads such as Dan Liedahl a.k.a. Danimals, Jake Olson-Elm, or Johnny Brady. Quik will hold on their main dray-horses including  Kelly Slater, Dane Reynolds, Mark Healey, Travis Rice and Tony Hawk. Further cuts on Quik’s program structure like DC Womens, Quiksilver Womens and Quiksilver Girls were also done, including more staff members ..etc. An official statement by Quiksilver could not be reached yet.
