2012 Snowboard Garden Festival Grenoble

Snowboarding festivals are quite too rare to actually miss out on them. Good music, action sports meets art, rad side activities offered all day long and sick movie premieres of some of the best current snowboard flicks that come up now. A recipe that just can’t fail as we know already. Over 20 exhibitors of the snowboard industry, spread over 7000 m², miniramps and tons of sick „Garden parties“ form the basment of three upcoming days of pure stoke and fuck yeahs! After last year’s inaugural edition of the Snowboard Garden Festival, the brains behind it gave the whole thing a damn nice upgrade and organized a 12 meter-high diving bag and a brand new airbag specially designed for snowboard practice. Also not to miss are the artworks of the Spacejunk artists that represent a network of galleries specialized in board culture that has been founded 10 years back in the host city of Grenoble, in France. They will take part in the event and present original artworks by their artists as well as offer live performances in the middle of the Village and terraces.

The entire event will go down from Thursday next week October 11th until saturday October 13th in the city’s Paul Mistral Park where the organizers set up an entire “garden village” and the best thing of the whole thing? It is for free!
