Winter X-Games Europe | Tignes
The second edition of the European Winter X-Games is on this week. From March 16-18th, the French Location Tignes will be
invaded by TV people, winter athletes and sport journlists all over. And of course the spectators. Afer the first edition last year, was a complete success with over 66’000 spectators, we were just waiting to see this massive event, in which snowboarding’s world freestyle elite is competing in Superpipe and Slopestyle competition. The Winter X-Games Europe is also, of the lasts major event of this ending season 2010/2011, so hopefully the riders will take this fact as motivation for the comp and show everything they got. The X-Games can be followed on ESPN 3 and other European TV channels, on some of them live and on others on tape delay. Check WXE TV schedule for further info.
