Rhythm – Freddy Fox’s Pro Model

Rhythm - Freddy Fox's Pro Model

It’s barely a week ago that we brought you the news of the latest Rhythm team addition of Norwegian ripper Fredrik Austbø (re-read here) and there’s already coming the next hot fuzz out of the artsy inspired brand, concerning the professional skate- and snowboarder Freddy Fox. Fredrik is getting a strictly limited pro model at Rhythm’s, that delivers straight what he needs, being produced at an undisclosed location in Switzerland, with the focus on quality, not quantity. Exceptional response and pop, the kind that can’t be mass-produced. Rhythm hooked up for that with some passionate maniacs in board production, with a pretty plain setup that looks rather more like a workshop in which the boards get made by hand, using the highest grade materials. Non-profit orientated, but for their team riders and everybody else that appreciates a well made board.

“For my artwork I wanted to feature the swords that represent my hometown of Stavanger, so I put my friend Peter-John at shallowtree.com on it. He went to work for 24 hours straight and I’m SO blown away by the result!” the Norwegian pro said. Along with three more hand-made, brand-new models, Freddy’s “Flying Fox” 154cm pro model can be seen at our booths at SIA and ISPO.
