2012 Flow Tailgate Alaska recap

The Tailgate Alaska event by Flow Snowboarding, is one of the most attended big mountain snowboarding festivals right now and went this year into it’s 6th round. From April 1 – 12, all 500 participants were enjoying quite every positive aspect there is in big mountain snowboarding, but of course the important stuff  you need to know when being out there too, including snow-science and survival education, sled-riding and sled-maintenance clinics, next to side events, live concerts, vendors, beer garden and parties throughout the whole festival. The event goes down Valdez, AK but since this year there is also a Canadian version of it, taking place in Revelstoke, BC.
